LADC

Based in the Bay Area, LADC specializes in architectural design, build, and construction management. Our company has serviced clients throughout California. 

 

Our services include residential additions, renovations, new home construction, as well as commercial tenant improvements.

We also work with developers from ground to finish including lot subdivision, residential and commercial land development.

​

Our team of experienced, licensed architects and engineers strive to cater to our clients' requests by designing and building with quality in mind.

Qing Li

Qing was a project manager and designer at local architectural firm for over 5 years. He has completed a series of residential and commercial projects around bay area, including custom design house, church, retail, restaurant, after school, daycare, medical office, dental office, R&D office, warehouse and tea house. 

Given his study in top art programs in both US and China and his working experience in various firms, Qing has exceptional art background in graphic design, landscape design, interior design and architectural design.

​

After Qing’s studied aboard in Italy, he changed his major from interior design to architectural design. Qing is also teaching kids oil painting and sketching for fun.

Joseph Mak

Bachelor of Science, University of California, Los Angeles

Prior to co-founding LADC, Joseph was a senior project manager at a major construction company for over 6 years. His years of project management experience has trained him to be meticulous and thorough in his execution of scheduling project timelines. With 7 years of residential and commercial design experience, Joseph has worked with many clients of various cultural backgrounds, and he can easily adapt from working with a diverse team of people to working with individuals. Coupled with his easy-going nature, it has led him to build robust relationships with clients, vendors, and his team. 

​

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys traveling with his family and watching basketball. He's a huge Warriors fan!

Hau-ching Liao

Hau-Ching has 20 years of extensive experience in planning, architectural design and construction management. He has worked on multiple house and commercial tenant improvements located in the Bay Area.

Xiaohu Wang

PROJECT MANAGER

Bachelor of Fine Art , Tsinghua University (清华大学美术学院),

Master of Architecture, Academy of Art University

​

Specialized in conceptual and schematic design of architecture, Xiaohu has more than 10 years of professional practice experience in US and China.  He has participated in a wide range of design type and leads the team work efficiently.
